User Management

Introduction

In the system, users are categorized into two main types: Global Users and Agent Users. Understanding the distinction between these two types is crucial for effective user management.

  • Global Users: These users are created at the system level and have the capability to interact with multiple agents. They are managed centrally in the Global Settings section, allowing for streamlined user management across the entire platform.

  • Agent Users: These users are specific to individual agents and are managed within the settings of each agent. This allows for more granular control over user permissions and access at the agent level.

Global users are created within the system and can be utilized across multiple agents. They are managed in the Global Settings section of the side menu.
